1 oz cascade, 1/2 oz amarillo, and 1/2 oz simcoe makes for a nice dry hop addition if you're wanting orange

i have a recipe which calls for caramel malt 170l and 190l, has anyone any ideas as to where i can find this

i am going to brew this with belma instead of cascade. i have used it before and brings a real strawberry aroma. i will let ya know how it goes
