Are these ready to harvest? These are my 1st year Willamette that took off like crazy. None of my other plants are even half the size. I have a large screen ready to put all the hops on, should I run a fan or will just leaving them to air dry be ok?

Well, I am going to the beach for a week and didn't want to haul the keezer along so after seeing quite a few of these on here I figured what the heck. The taps aren't in yet, crossing my fingers for tomorrow. I will update with more pics as I progress.
