Was the 1oz sim and .5oz am at 40 in addition to the fw and 20 amounts? Did you go with the 1oz of each dryhop? Thanks!

Well I don't know how I managed this seeing as I've brewed 11 gallon batches of this like 5 times but I forgot the rice. Went into the fermentor 2 days ago. Thoughts? Lol

I Have two used six circuit cold plates. 50 bucks plus shipping each.

Imo you will be just fine. I just used a 1056 smack pack on a Dragon's Milk clone with an og of 1.080 and it finished out fine. It also said up to 1.060 on the pack but thats what the recipe in byo called for.

A 20' coil of 3/8 copper is only $15 at home depot.
