I make 4.5 gallons of mead during bigbrew and shared a bunch of bottled mead to show people what it is and that it isn't as exotic as most people thing... :)

4.5 gallons of blueberry/raspberry/blackberry/strawbery mel (mixed fruit from GFS) 1 gallon JAOM 371 + 4.5 + 1 = 376.5

I like to use things such as tart cherry juice concentrate, and some whole cherries, more fluid in the fermentor, and no complaints about flavor so far...
