    Have you been up to Warwick Valley Winery and Distillery? They make Doc's Draft Hard Cider there and I'm sure they have a good supply of apples used to make cider.

They should really embrace the homebrewer community as it can drive a lot of business their way...the way we run BWO at Maloney's down in Matawan is everyone typically orders a pint when they first get there and a lot of members order...

    Fresh Hop Additions

    What's the latest in the boil you would add fresh (wet) hops? I was thinking of doing 2-3 additions, 30-5-1. Would it be a bad idea to make the last addition at 0? I was thinking there may be a risk of contamination since the hops aren't exactly sanitized...
