    brewing with peanut butter/Nutella powder.

    A quick question, has anyone tried using peanut butter powder or Nutella powder made with maltodextrin? I want to do a porter with one of these ingredients but oil can be an issue. Being a chef I have made the powders several times but never thought to use them in brewing. Thoughts?

    I'm a believer....in Fermcap.

    I was skeptical at first, doing a All grain Biab cream ale. Boiling 4 gallons in a 5 gallon pot. No boilover when adding the hops, amazing. Need to stock up now.

    Finally hit the CL jackpot.

    Used my craigslist app and scored 8-5 gallon and 2-3 gallon ball lock corny kegs for 150 bucks. Just in time for my keezer build.
