    Fruit Beer Lemon-Lime Hefe Weizen

It was hard for me to bring together all the ingredients from one place. I was able to get yeast and grain from my LHBS but had to get hops online. Trust me it is worth it.

Simply Limeade is pasteurized and takes some of the worry out there. Also makes sure you have batch after batch consistency.

    Fruit Beer Lemon-Lime Hefe Weizen

Like a lot of the posts in this thread say the hops are a pretty important part of the flavor profile of this beer. There are sources online that you can get them pretty quick.

    Fruit Beer Lemon-Lime Hefe Weizen

First batch of this went in the keg today. Came out 5.4 ABV woohoo:drunk: I used Wyeast 1010 due to no avalability locally of White Labs. Tasted so good flat out of the vile I could have drank a glass of it flat. I will post a picture when it carbs up. Thanks Slim:mug:

American Pale Ale Bee Cave Brewery Haus Pale Ale

I have brewed this 4 times. It was my first all grain and has came out great every time. Question: This is the first time I have kegged it. So 10-14 days in the primary and it is ok to put it in the fridge on C02 @12PSI to finish off?

    Fruit Beer Lemon-Lime Hefe Weizen

So what would the flavor difference in using White Labs Hefeweizen IV Ale Yeast, White Labs 320 or Safale US-05. I don't have a good understanding of how the these different yeasts effect the taste. I understand they do but how do they differ?

    Fruit Beer Lemon-Lime Hefe Weizen

I found both at Midwest Supplies. But there freight is outrageous if I wanted to add grain. Thanks for the recipe I can’t wait to try it.

We need to lobby them to stock the Hops. They don't list the Sorachi Ace and show out of stock on the Motueka. Same with Austin Home Brew. They are my two favorite Net HBS.

"10 feet long 3/16" liquid" Ditto on that 10' minimum of 3/16

    Keg Force Carbing Methods Illustrated

10' of 3/16 gives me very little foam at 11lbs
