Would there be any safety concerns in removing this divider? I just bought the SS Brewtech 1/2 barrel fermenter and for it to fit in my current fridge I would have to remove this divider. Anyone ever do this or know if there is some potential problems with "gutting" the fridge. I bought this...

I received a ward labs water report nearly a year ago and my pH was 7.9. When im testing my water right im getting 6.75. I just calibrated my pH meter. Can pH have this great of change in tap water or am i doing something wrong?

That could be a good route since the beer will sit for some time.

LOL! whoops. The boil time should be 90 minutes and I think I must have changed my boil off rate on accident with beersmith. I was messing around with some stuff earlier. I will get that fixed.
