    Its pretty much the Venna lager from Brewing Classic Styles. Vienna (44%), Pilsner (30%) and Munich (26%) malts.

    Brewing twice a month is probably the best i can hope for at most. Monday I am brewing a Vienna lager and that will be two batches so far this year maybe I can get there by May if I can keep up the pace.

    Motor For Mill

    The only thing I would add is that it doesn't look like a capacitor is built in so starting with grain the mill could be difficult. I use a 1/3 HP with capacitor on a MM3 with a boston gear reducer and I have never had a problem.

    The sheet is fixed. The TF-MOPA was not being totaled correctly, it may have affected the amounts between yesterday morning and now. If you ordered the TF Marris otter you might want to check the sheet.

    yes the 0.042" that I am currently using was done properly with a feeler gauge previously I tried a 0.040" but had it tight and it was way too fine a crush. dough balls formed instantly and too a great extent, what I thought was 0.040" was probably in the 0.03's]

    The MM 3 roller mills are recommended at .037 - .055". I am running mine at 0.042" measured at the knurling with a fit that allows me to freely slide the gapper across the whole length of the rollers, I had it with a tight fit at 0.040" and I had to run to the LHBS for some rice hulls.     MM3 with 1/3 HP motor, picked up a boston gear right angle reduction gear 10:1 ratio on ebay. The table is from IKEA, saw someone else use it in this thread and its really the perfect size. Wired an outlet for the scale underneath.
