Has anyone installed 2 taps thru the front door of the Danby DAR440BL? What size shanks did you use and how was the fit with 2 ball locks and 5 lb c02 tank inside?
I plan on brewing the original all grain recipe from the first page but my LHBS didn't have amber malt so they gave me brown malt as a sub. I've never used brown malt before, has anyone tried it in this recipe? I also can't decide if I want to use Wyeast Ringwood ale yeast or S-05. Suggestions?
Any Portlander's out there ever have success replicating Amnesia's Dusty Trail Pale or Copacetic IPA and would like to share their recipe? I know the Dusty Trail is 100% Marris Otter and Cascade hops but I'm not sure what kind of yeast they use.
