    Idk What To Do

    I'm not sure what to do now. There's quite a bit of sediment at the bottom. There is still some bubbling action in the airlock ones and the other two have either bubbles or have the plastic wrap bulge on top. Not sure to just leave it and wait maybe check? It's been two weeks. Color looks noice...

    Its Going Pretty Good!

    I've added fermaid o a generous amount in segments and shaken the half gallons a couple times(maybe need to do it more for aeration) and it's fermenting pretty noicely if I say so myself. Thanks everyone for all the tips and tricks and can't wait till it is completed and maybe aged for a while !!

    Need help

    Hi, this is my first time brewing mead at home. I got all the equipment and fruits and flavors. I wanted to make two gallons in 4 1/2 gallon mason jars. I wanted to make different meads in each jar. Can I make the traditional mead base then add flavors after pouring in mason jars ?
