    What I did for beer today

    Today I brewed 15 litres of Oatmeal Stout 2800g Maris Otter 300g Porridge Oats 150g Chocolate malt 130g Roasted Barley 25g Challenger @45 minutes 25g EKG @15 minutes Nottingham style yeast. OG 1052 expecting 5.4% ABV

    Today brewed 15 litres of Oatmeal Stout so 4 gallons. 1160.75+4 = 1164.75

    What I did for beer today

    Just to clarify Maris Otter is a 2 Row grain, Crisp call their Amber malt Biscuit as well so I used Biscuit. I use a yeast at 82% attenuation so I have to keep the OG low to achieve 6%ish beer.
