    Rose Hips

    So as the weather is getting warmer and last years mead is running low I'm looking for a few good recipes with rose hips. maybe with cinnamon and/or fruits and something on the sweet side (not apposed to dry). If any of you might have recipes or suggestions that would be awesome.

    Hello, New guy to the forum here. So I have a question about adding Honey. If I have already pasteurized my brew can I still add honey to sweeten to taste? If so is there any down side?
