This is what im planning so far. Some kind of stout .
1oz nugget hops
1oz cascade hops
1oz magnum hops
8 oz chocolate malt
8 oz pale chocolate malt
9lbs dark lme
3lbs sparkling amber lme
1lbs lactose
Yeast Wlp4025
Ive read a few posts mentioning wine yeasts wont fully ferment malts . Could i start with the malts first using an ale yeast . Then add honey and wine yeast to finish?
