    What I did for/with Mead today

    Bottled up 5 gallons of spiced cyser mead and also bottled 2-12oz bottles of it for a competition.

    OG issue

    Hey guys I have a simple question, does anyone know why my OG is normally different than my estimated OG? For example I brewed a Belgian saison and the estimated OG was 1.067 but my actual was 1.057 how can I get it to be exactly to estimated one? ** I’m an all grain brewer btw**

    Wzup folks I’m new to home brewing and I have brewed 3 batches all grain within 2 months so far. I found this forum because I was looking at conversation and tips on saflager 34/70 dry yeast and it led me here. Thanks for having me I’ll be participating in the near future 🍻.
