    Heat mats

    Hi there,I'm currently using a circler heat pad for fermenting in the garage,and was wondering if anyone has used an electric blanket as a heat mat?     Ginger beer

    Any recommendations on a easily made ginger beer? I've made the pro biotic version and it's shelf life dictates the quantity I can keep for a while. Can I make 1 with a longer shelf life?

    Hi there, Been doing brew kits since August,got a Mangrove Jacks bavarian wheat beer on atm,it's taking it's time to ferment out....
