    What to add to fermenting applewine

    My batch of ed worts apple wine is just about done fermenting (3 weeks in primary). i only used 4 gallons in a 5 gal better bottle. I want to add another gallon of juice to it. I was thinking maybe cranberry,grape,blueberry or just to top it off with more apple juice? anyone have experience or...

    too little priming sugar?

    ok so i bottled for the first time a few days ago. It was an imperial ipa so i did not want to go too heavy on the carbing so i put 4.5 oz priming sugar in the 5 gal batch (exactly 5 gal). Now im getting worried i may have way undercarbed it.. or am i just being a nervous noob?

    gravity too low?

    So i brewed my first batch jan 10th.. its an ipa recipe (all grain partial mash) and the og came out almost on target at 1.076.. fermentation was fast and by the 14th there were no bubbles...(using wlp 001) I decided on the 14th to add 2lbs of corn sugar just to jack the abv a bit .. because...
