    I have been curious if mine could be harvested at the end of the month as well some have started browning, but all of the articles I have read said its better to pick to ripe than not enough ripe.

    First year cascade gone wild

    Cascade is quite resilient my first year is 15 ft tall give or take a little and have quite a few hops I really didn't expect it to take off like it did from everything I read about first year hops.

    First lager after 45 days was getting ready to bottle and noticed this, but it taste... okay (doesn't taste infected). It has a bit of a funk like sulfur but I think it's from the yeast.
