American Porter Bee Cave Brewery Robust Porter

Brewed 2.5 gallons a little over 3 weeks ago and kegged last night. The smell is fantastic, but didn't taste or even get a FG reading due to trying to keg quickly due to just having too much to do. Really looking forward to trying this one. I did miss the OG of the recipe, but I have been having...

New England IPA "Northeast" style IPA

Came out great with Idaho 7. I have an ounce of Idaho 7 in the keg right now (2.5 gallon keg) and the aroma after being on gas for a week is fantastic. This definitely is right up there with beer that I have bought for $15 for a 4 pack of 16 ounce cans. I’m really happy with how this came out.

New England IPA "Northeast" style IPA

Until recently, I had been bottling and doing partial mash. Tried the OP recipe as a partial mash and it was good in bottles until about 2 weeks and oxidation took over. Now that I am kegging, all-grain, and dabbling in water treatments I wanted to revisit this. I went by the updated recipe...

    Oatmeal Stout Yooper's Oatmeal Stout

After sitting on gas for 2 weeks this is definitely coming together. Feel like it’s missing something. Probably due to my subbing roasted barley for the black barley

    Oatmeal Stout Yooper's Oatmeal Stout

Kegged a batch of this a couple days ago. When I was sourcing the grains at my LHBS the didn't have the black barley, so unsure what to do I just replaced with roasted barley. Poured a small sample from the keg yesterday and it's good, but not fully carbed yet. Going to give this one a few days...

Sweet Stout Left Hand Milk Stout Clone

Brewed 2.5 gallons again yesterday. Difference with this batch was this was my second overall batch where I have been starting from distilled water and adjusting salts. Be interesting to see how this batch comes out compared to the last.

Wee Heavy Traq Air Owl Wee Heavy

This is such a simple recipe, but so good. I brewed this Labor Day weekend, left in primary for 3 weeks before bottling. It really is starting to hit its stride at 2 months in the bottle. I have 6 bottles I am setting aside to let them age until next year. I will definitely be brewing this one...

Sweet Stout Left Hand Milk Stout Clone

This came out fantastic! Definitely going to add this to the regular rotation.

American Pale Ale Summer Citra Cerveza

I brewed this up as a 2.5 gallon batch a couple months ago and have to say, I was not overly impressed after 3 weeks in the bottle. I let it sit in the fridge for another 3 weeks and it is great! It is crystal clear and very clean and refreshing. Going to plan to brew this one a few time next...

Sweet Stout Left Hand Milk Stout Clone

I brewed this as a 2.5 gallon batch 2 weeks ago and bottled it yesterday. The hydrometer sample was fantastic. Just about hit the numbers as in the recipe (1.060 Original Gravity, 1.020 Final Gravity). I had some Wyeast 1728 slurry (Scottish Ale) from a wee heavy I had brewed prior. Really...

American Pale Ale Da Yooper's House Pale Ale

I brewed this as a 2.5 gallon batch 2 weeks ago during a raging blizzard. Efficiency ended up being higher than predicted (my second all grain batch) and ended up with a 1.062 OG. Finished out at 1.012 FG and has been bottled. Really looking forward to trying this one.
