Hi rwalrath, you can join the brewing groups in facebook here in the PI and do bulk ordering with the others. Having it shipped via container vans will be way cheaper than balikbayan boxes.

For local retailers, You can get from Juanbrew(Wyermann malts) and MGM foods(Australian Malts and they're cheaper). Or you can order in the US and have it shipped via balikbayan boxes.

I'm still waiting for my equipment to arrive, I've just been visiting a homebrewer near my city. We've brewed a Belgian Tripel and American Lager. I order my hops and yeast from US and new zealand in bulk(saves an awful lot of money) since I have someone who regularly comes home every 3 months...
