    So I have been doing some calculations and figured out that my wort needs a metric craptonne of cells. Since vials are mad expensive, I'm trying to figure out whats the most economic way of making big starter. How many step ups can I do and how long can I keep my it before pitching?

    Hi all, I bought a 50L keg that will be converted into a boil kettle. Now the question is, how do I scale the recipe to fit it? Can I just go with 2x of everything? Or maybe only 1.5 will fit, or some other 1.X? Thanks
