You cannot do this with the digital freezer as far as I know. Digital uses a digital controller were the non digital type use a mechanical device. Copper tube filled with a gas expanding and contracting at a known rate with the temperature (simplified).

Almost finished setting up my system. So far so good on the digital thermostat freezer. The stc1000 has kept it at 45 deg for two days with no issues. I got my grain bills in today so its brewin time! Few pictures for ya.
