I bought Sestos D1S-VR pid and after assembling it I wasn't successful in doing the automatic calibration - it went up in small beats beyond the temperature I set and came to a boil. Stayed boiling for several hours until I gave up (I did the process twice ...).
The explanation page is terrible...

Unexpected low efficiency in my last brew.
Stout, grain bill 3.920 kg - 3kg pale ale, 420 gr roasted barley, 250 gr chocolate, 250 Caramel 150, 0.5kg oatmeal.
Tmp 67 c, 60 minutes.
Why???
After one year of extract beers I consider to try all grain.
1. Why? Don't know, everybody around me tells me it's better. Is it?
2. What are the time differences between the two processes?
3. Are there Taste differences?

After adding the yeast I found out that I have forgot to add the extract malt to the mash:(
Boiled it in another pot,cooled it and added to the bucket.
What will happen? Infection?
