    Sorry it's taken me so many months to get back on here. Update though, the Cold Mountain Clone I made had more of a vanilla porter taste, than the cinnamon flavor. American blonde turned out great. especially for being a 2nd brew. Pedimac that would be awesome, I'm not to all grain brewing yet...

    I'm Making a mock recipe right now, I got the recipe for Asheville Brewing supply. I dont have the all the details I did infront of me but I do have info from Highlands home page on the grains and hops used. It doesn't give proportions but if you're still looking here is a good starting point...

    Thanks for the warm welcome! I'm excited to make all kinds of different brews from stouts to meads. That being said here is a Pic of my first brew a week into fermentation. Anything I should make note of that anyone can tell from the picture?
