    Hi I`v been measuring with a hydrometer. i`v also tried a pack of T58 and a week later a pack of Abbaye, both did nothing !

    for the tripel 8.5 % mash was 45c 10 mins 52c 15 mins 63c 30 mins 72c 20 mins 78c 10 mins i don,t think raising the temp will help, its been hot enough here the last few weeks i think thats more the problem ! any ideas welcome

    Hi guys i brewed a Roggebok last Saturday and its been in my freezer at 22 celius all week so its almost done. this Saturday i,m brewing another Roggebok but don,t know if its best to take the first one out the freezer and put the new one in ? i usually leave it in there voor 2,or 3 weeks...

    I believe this wasn't a manufacturer's pressure fault, it was a user's vacuum fault. hoe can it not be the manufacturers fault ? he designed and manufactured it without a simple pressure release valve. its not rocket science and for 5 grand it should have been included.

    i,m building one at the moment,and have got some small strong magnets but all the stirplaats i,v recently seen that worked well have big magnets.i,v stopped the build and am changing to a old hard drive magnets this won,t help with the speedcontrol, but ! have you looked at ebay for a ventilator...

    i bet the company owner would rather jump off a bridge than admit he maybe wrong:drunk: This forum is seen by many would be customers of Brewha, whether this is a good product or not, the lack of communication with us, let alone the OP is like committing business suicide.

    Im imagining the stuck sparge that much wheat flour would cause. Might need a jackhammer to get things flowing. i think your right there:o was just wondering how i could get around the wheat problem using the malted wheat seems like the best idea tony:tank:
