Yea I heard of them never got there yet. Their website only has 1 gf beer on it and I wonder about how gluten free it is in the brewery. If there is dedicated lines and equipment or if they use the same.

I also contacted Deer Creek along with Double Eagle since they both carry some buckwheat. Both places confirmed they can't be certified since they don't have a designated area for the gluten free malts. Side note I'm up in Montgomery County and just started to GF Homebrew since I was just...

I already have 5 oz in it. I plan on dryhopping with another 4 then at kegging another 4. I am also using the bootleg biology NEIPA Blend. It says use less hops and get the same character but I'm still hopping the hell out of it .

So I made a NE IPA. I used some wheat, pale malt and some flaked oats, wheat and barley. It always seems to me that I can never get that nice looking oj color....would racking some fresh oj or pureed mangoes help it out?? Thanks. Dont get me wrong the beers always seem to be cloudy as hell but...

So I brewed a Flanders red recipe and decided to use the bootleg biology sour solera. It's my first sour beer to be brewed using a sour strain to ferment so my question is should I expect to see a krausen like my regular beers or will it develop a pellicle in the coming months?? Thanks.
