I ended up using WLP568. Have you been able to sample yours yet? I think this was a good use for the pekko.

Pekko Rye Saison. Too easy to drink in this heat!

    Who's smoking meat this weekend?

And the after pics... drumsticks got a lot of hickory for my taste but otherwise everything was awesome!

    Who's smoking meat this weekend?

A few drumsticks, pastrami turkey breast, and pastrami eye of round. I'll try and remember to take after pics. Brewing at the same time gets a bit hectic on occasion.

    Fruit Beer Lemon-Lime Hefe Weizen

Kegged my latest batch of this last week and I'm betting I'll run out by Tuesday. Didn't plan ahead and couldn't get sorachi ace in time for brew day so I subbed with jarrylo. Pretty freaking good sub if you ask me.

Normally a double IPA but this batch came out more like 1 1/2. Still tasty.

Not sure how much help this picture will be but couldn't find anything better. Fans are mounted on the two outside holes and all gas and beer lines run through the center. One fan pushes up, the other down to help get a better air flow through the coffin.

Thanks! There will be 7 taps but there's room for 8 kegs. Thought it would be good to have an extra on deck. This project and a rough fall work schedule dropped my supply to just about zero. Good thing I'll have lots of time to brew over the next few months!

Not quite ready for serving but close enough to share some pics. This was my first live test of the electrical work and things seem to be working as intended. No fires yet!

Not sure the boot is even big enough for that one! Glad I never have to take that again. Probably couldn't pass it again if I had to!
