Just got my first taste of this one after a month-long wait. It was great. I'm still trying to dial in my all grain skills so i was somewhat concerned about reaching my numbers. It came in perfect. Great recipe, great beer.

I just whipped this one up last night. It was my second batch of the day so I was pretty tuckered but I've got high hopes for it. I used the permo version. Got my fingers crossed that I didn't screw something up in 8th hour.

I've been slinking around the website for awhile without really commenting much but this recipe is great. it was my first batch with my new blichmann breweasy so my numbers were a little sketchy but it came out great.
