    2013's How many gal of homebrew in 2013

    5 gallons of Stout (my first batch ever brewed) 5 gallons of Strawberry Wheat 5 gallons of pumpkin ale (with pumpkin added) 5 gallons of pumpkin ale (all spices.. no pumpkin added) 5 gallons of red honey ale (russian) these are all in secondaries at this point... just started brewing a month...

    Fruit Beer Lemon-Raspberry Wheat

    this will be my next batch. How long did you leave it mature in the fermentor and did you allow extra time in bottle maturing (keg maturing?) or just 2 weeks, chill and drink?
