I harvested almost 5 gallons of mesquite bean pods. I’ll try making syrup out of it in the next day or two, then figure out what in the world I’m doing!

Here’s my “new” refrigerator. Just got it home. It may or may not run. Time for a quick clean and see if it’ll work. Soon to be a diy project. Not that I need another project. The free part was more than enough for me to grab it up! Hopefully in the next few months I’ll get to it. Cheers

Top pic looks like it’s infected. Bottom pic, lid wasn’t sealed good and fruit flies got in... What to do? This was a batch that didn’t ferment. I was too cheap to dump it several months later, this is where it’s at.
