    Growth/film on top of wort in secondary? Bad news?

    Hey All, I've got this growth/filmy layer on top of my beer in my secondary. First time I've ever seen and was wondering if anyone's experienced this? What did you do? How did it turn out in the end? I racked to the secondary about 5 days ago and this stuff popped up after maybe 3 days...

    HELP with Belgian-style Amber Ale (EG. Cold Front by Ithaca)

    Hey guys, I am itching to brew again and I have a specific beer that I'd like to try to re-create or style my brew after. That beer would be Ithaca Beer's Cold Front, which is a Belgian-style Amber Ale. It is an awesome beer and now would be a great time for me to brew it. Has anybody here...
