    I was thinking of using some exotic fruit

    I was wondering if it was possible to use strawberry guava, passion fruit, or dragon fruit. If anyone ever tried it how did you prepare the fruit. And how good did it come out.

    Its been about 2.5 weeks and the cider is losing its color. Is this a good/bad thing? The cider started out with a very dark brown/red now its brown/yellow.     my mead producing gasses

    I started to make a maed with oranges and raisins. Its only been 3 weeks and the air bubbles stopped in the air lock. What should I do? Should I add more sugar. Rack it? Or should I just leave it alone and wait one more week till I rack it.
