Now that the weather has changed my house temps fluctuates between 70-80. Is there any yeast i can use that would be ok for that environment? The other option I have is my basement but that is about 60.
Maybe I will take the summer off from brewing
I am making a hef from a recipe I found online. 6.6lbs of wheat lme and 1 ounce hops. 60 min boil. Pretty simple. But how long can I keep it in the bucket before bottling? It's been 10 days but I need more time to get more bottles!
