    Too Much Priming Sugar?

I've notice that most of my beers are a little over carbonated. I'm wondering if I take an ounce of my Priming Sugar out if I need to adjust the amount of water I use with the 5 minute boil. I'm currently using 5oz Priming sugar with 8oz water and boil for 5 minutes. Thanks Ben

    honey in beer

For a 5 gallon batch of beer does anyone know how much honey to use near the end of the boil to get all of the aromatic qualities of the honey instead of it just turning into a fermentable. im thinking of doing a cream ale of some sort. thank you
