    Pre-made Primer

    So, I was canning some wort one day and had the thought. I took some pint jars, weighed out 4 oz of corn sugar into each one. Topped them off with water, put on lids, shake, loosen lids, and process for 15 min. at 15 psi. 4 oz gives me the right volume on most everything I'm doing right now...

    Starter Wort

    I'm making a 50/50 wheat brew today. I was thinking of saving some of the tail runnings to can for starter wort. My question is, would that much wheat be ok for a starter, or should I just wait till I have an all barley grist for canning up some more starters?
