    4 days no visable signs of fermentation

    Now I no there's many threads about this but they all say you'll see fermentation in about two - three days it's been four and no signs temp is at 70f any ideas....it's an English pale ale as well

    Beer not settling after 14 days in prim?

    I'm fermenting an APA it's been in primary for 14 days I took a gravity reading today and the reading was normal bout 1.012, no more krausen but its not clear the thief was filled with trub it does not seem to be settling any opinions would be greatly appreciated

    Dont use seirra nevada bottles

    So I bottled with used seirra bottles cleaned and sanitized of course. I got thru half the batch and noticed little glass shards coming outta my capper. Looked at a bottle and the capper was breaking the lip off the bottles some were more cracked than others. Has anyone else had this pproblem

    Quick carbed

    So I bottled my hop head iipa four days ago....first brew by the way. Just wanted to see how they were doing so I tried one, it seemed pretty carbed and had a nice head. What's the deal? I keep the bottles at 70f. How long should I wait til I put them in the fridge
