    Post bottling question

    I made my first wine recently, (Vintners Reserve Cab Sauv) and have put it into bottles on Tues night. The directions say to lay the bottles on their side at 3-4 days. Problem is I am going out of town in the morn, so I will not be present in that range. I could lay them over before I leave...
