    Bottling out of fermenter

Why? Put the priming mix in to the bucket and then siphon the beer in to the bucket. You'll get a better mix of the priming solution in to the beer and you'll get a cleaner, sludge free beer at the end of it.

American IPA Green Flash IPA clone

OG hit 1.083. No idea how I've managed to do that but should end up around 8.5% or so.

American IPA Green Flash IPA clone

Brewing this one up right now but using 2lb of 40L and Briess Golden Light DME. Don't have any Amarillo or Centennial for the dry hop so if I forget to get some, I'll add in 0.5oz of Cascade instead. Hoping to end up with the West Coast style IPA but lighter in colour.

American Pale Ale 15 Minute Cascade Pale Ale

Just brewed this up again. Used 1lb English Medium Crystal steeping grains and 6lbs Briess Pilsen DME. Definitely darker than I would have liked due to the grain but it'll be interesting to see what it comes out like. Will use a lighter grain again in a short while once I've gotten through a...

    Bottles

Got 10 cases of bottles that had store bought craft brew in them and reused them numerous times without any problems. If you're worried about bottles exploding you're obviously not following the bottle conditioning instructions properly.

    Is the Air lock safe?

+1 for blow off tube. I use a blow off tube on all of my beers as standard.
