I was just talking with the bartender and distributor last night who were explaining to me why they didnt have any jai alai coming in. And thats what they told me.

They are kinda shut down for a while....they spilled sour yeast culture and have shut down the brewery while they try to sanitize that whole place.

You lucky bastard. Miami is awesome in itself, just NOT for the beer scene. Not a single venue here sells anything above bud light other than a couple Goose Head Ales (and at 10 bucks for what I can get 2x as much of bud light/heineken for 8 bucks) so its pretty dead around here....

Gracias sir. There are 100 bottles for $4 (literally). So I think I will save it for something better, especially since there is about 30-40 other IPAs on their list for Wednesdays.

is black ops good. my local Whole Foods had like 20 bottles sitting in a stack for a couple months, so i figured it wasnt good if no one touched it for that long...

Only Bruery ive had has been Tart of Darkness. And that was fvckin phenomenal.

Yea volumes are a little funky. I would probably FWH (usually a personal preference of mine and my IIPAs have come out great). Other than that, this looks like its going to be a tasty brew.

Had a stone Enjoy By, pretty good stuff. Honestly tastes like wild grapes I used to eat as a kid. Then followed by a Avery Maharaja, now that is some good ****. And 10+% to boot. Definitely a lottle splurge for a week night. But considering its craft beer week im gonna have sone awesome brews...
