    Cool. Thanks guys. I'm just going to dry hop in the primary, so no racking required. I'm thinking 10 days with the hops then bottle. Can't wait for this brew!

    Awesome. This is good news. I'm really enjoying brewing - it's getting to be a smoother operation for me each time. Awesome indoor hobby! I'm thinking next up, it's an oaked double IPA. This should be liquid gold. Thanks for the words, folks.

    Thanks for the vote of confidence. We went ahead and brewed it on Sunday. Seems like it's going to be quite a delicious brew - super stoked. The brew went flawlessly until the end, when I forgot to aerate the wort after pitching. So maybe it's better the yeast will have a little extra time...

    Airlock bubbling over

    This thread has been gold for us new folks, so I'm going to resurrect it. We had a really active fermentation bubbling through the airlock, so we rigged up the blowoff. All seems to be well. I think we'll switch back to the airlock pretty soon. My question, though, is if you have such active...
