    Conan Fermentation Smells Awesome!

    I harvested some Conan from a few cans of Heady Topper and pitched into a 2row/Simcoe SMaSH recipe. This morning, I had to rig up a blowoff tube, and got a good whiff of the fermenter. Smelled fruity and tropical, definitely not like anything I've smelled before... I can't wait until this is done!
