    Antwerp Ale Yeast

I've got some WLP515 that I saved from a Belgian Pale Ale I made last year. I keep all my samples frozen in a glycol solution to maintain viability. I can provide you one if you're able to grow it up into starter size.

ISO Wyeast 3726 PC Farmhouse Ale yeast.

I'm looking for some Wyeast 3726 PC Farmhouse Ale yeast. I can trade various hops or other yeast strains or I'm willing to purchase it as well. Thank you!

American Pale Ale Red Chair NWPA clone

Glad it came out awesome. It was several minor tweaks to get me to what I posted in #52 and it really is a winner anywhere around that recipe!

    French Aramis Hops

Anyone have any available? I'd be looking for about 6oz, but I'd take whatever's available. Thanks!

Spice, Herb, or Vegetable Beer Jalapeno Cream Ale

Make sure you taste it daily once you add the secondary addition of peppers. The heat can rise rapidly. If you're pretty close on the heat level you want right now, I'd expect 2-3 days will be sufficient.

Spike Brewing 12.5gal Conical Fermenter Giveaway!

Another awesome giveaway. One of these times, it's going to be me!

Spice, Herb, or Vegetable Beer Jalapeno Cream Ale

I wouldn't expect to mellow a whole lot. Seems like the capsaicin is pretty stable. I think there's a pretty significant jalapeno aroma with the amount of peppers in this recipe. Make sure you're slitting them open so the vodka can get into the seeds and veins. It's true that peppers aren't...

Spice, Herb, or Vegetable Beer Jalapeno Cream Ale

I do the oven just because the first time I brewed it, it was winter here in Salt Lake City and I didn't want to get the grill out. I think grilling would work fine though. I think the level of char is something to keep a close eye on. You want some char on the sides that are touching the baking...

Spice, Herb, or Vegetable Beer Jalapeno Cream Ale

Yep, that's it! It was an awesome experience and I hope it comes out great for GABF!

Spice, Herb, or Vegetable Beer Jalapeno Cream Ale

Big news (for me)! So, I've brewed this recipe many times, always to great acclaim from all those who've tried it. I don't really change it except a few minor details: I don't use WLP001/Wyeast 1056. I always use WLP080 Cream Ale Blend. I ferment at 65F, once as low as 62F. I'm guessing the...

Sweet! I've been eyeballing this for a bit now!

    The Brew Stand Incredible Giveaway

Awesome stand! I'd love to have one!

Sweet Stout Left Hand Milk Stout Clone

I wouldn't make it without it. It absolutely contributes to the mouthfeel that you'd expect from an actual Left Hand Milk Stout. Head retention as well. Flavor-wise, you'll still be very close but it won't quite seem the same. I'm using 10oz currently.

    HBC 366/Equinox Hops Wanted

I'd be interested in purchasing several ounces of these hops if anyone has extra available. PM please! Thanks!

    New Belgium RyePA Clone

I was able to pick up a couple of these when I was in Denver last month and it's one of my new favorite beers. I was really impressed with the great rye character and all the hop character without an overwhelming bitterness. I took at look at their website for information and this is what they...

Spice, Herb, or Vegetable Beer Jalapeno Cream Ale

I wouldn't say any of those are great substitutes, but if I had to pick from them, I'd probably use Nugget for bittering and Willamette for the rest. Saaz could be interesting. Sent from my HTC One using Home Brew mobile app

Sweet Stout Left Hand Milk Stout Clone

Just an FYI for anyone looking to brew this: I toured Left Hand this past weekend. In their malt room, I noticed no C-60. I did see a lot of Great Western C-75. It might be something worth considering.
