I've seen a lot of single tier and two tier systems on this thread, but there weren't too many three tier systems. I have been working on this for a while, but finally finished it, and used it for a brew this week. I built mine with the idea that it should be able to store in a 24"x24"...

After reading this thread, I also wanted to come up with a good brewery name... what a blast reading through all the stories in here.. but there is a pretty high bar set with a lot of the names. I figured i would try out a name and see what you guys thought.. came up with Urban Arc Brewing Co...

That's exactly what I did... 2 weeks primary and 1 week secondary It was great right from the first pint out of the keg Mike

We brewed this on Oct 21.. Fermented in primary for 2 weeks. Made a tea and put into secondary for 1 week, then into keg Just started drinking this week. Got great reviews from our thanksgiving guests today Great recipe. Will have to make this a regular.
