    Cocoa powder & fat content

    Ok, my milk stout is stuck at 1030 with an og of 1061. I put a cup of cocoa powder with 15 mins left in the boil. It has been stuck at 1030 for a week.     First all grain

    I plan on brewing my first all grain batch this coming weekend (actually two batches). What would you suggest i start with? I'll be kegging both of them as well. Also any 1st time tips would be greatly appreciated

    Harvesting yeast from a bottle

    I want to start cloning some of my favorite beers but I know for a fact that I will never be able to nail it unless I get that yeast out of the bottle. Anyone have a good method for harvesting yeast and saving it from the bottom of the bottle?
