I once left whole cone centennial dry hops In for 5 weeks. Not a typo. 5 weeks. Life got busy. I proceeded to enter that beer in a comp and won gold, best of show, $700, and scored a 43.5. I currently practice 10 day dry hop. But you will be fine leaving them all in for the 12 days.

I looked long and hard to find an answer to this and couldn't. Then I found this thread but, there was never any suggestion of how the finished product tasted. Can anyone chime in? I had this exact thing happen and am really up set. I am currently letting the beer slowly cool back down. So...

    Can You Brew It Database

Just an up date, It took me 6 months to go through 12 gallons of the CITRA DIPA. It was awesome to see how such a hoppy beer evolved over the 6 months. Obviously the first 3 months the beer was its prime, however at the 4-5 month mark the beer took on a weird cheesy flavor and aroma and by...

    Phoenix Group buy on grain

bwookie, Thanks for stepping up to the plate. You can count me in. And, as I said before I can receive the shipment and store the grain until we all decide on a date to meet at my office and divide it all up. You can count me in for about 4 bags of 2 row and 2 bags of pilsner malt.

Soldering in some cases seems like the easiest way to go. After a little practice, and based on some photos I have seen, the soldered joints look awesome! Nicely done and thanks for the info.. I've been working with Stainless brewing on gathering the parts needed to make it happen. I...

    Phoenix Group buy on grain

I was hoping there would be more interest in a group buy. Apparently, Phoenix home brewers are content paying full price for grain..... Come on people!

    My Sankey Fermenter Build

That's great news. Do you have the 4" products on your web site? I will take another set up because I want to weld up a second one. I think the o-ring idea will work for a rotating racking arm. I'll have to give you a call to discuss. Thanks for the info.
