    Another way to bottle pasturize

    Thanks for this method Daze, i have successfully pasteurized 2 batches (10 bottle as a test then 20 next time), No bottle bombs and what seems to be stable cider (2 weeks from first batch) One thing is i can definitely taste a difference between pre pasteurization taste - still taste good...
