    Odessa/Midland

Grub Burger Bar in Midland has some decent taps. Try the Big Bend Brewing Co beer that they have on tap, it's the brewery in Alpine TX way out towards Big Bend. If you get a day off go to Alpine and hang out for a day. Brewery is open on Saturdays, spectacular views, friendly people. Fairly...

    Water

Any thoughts on my water report. Should I worry about anything besides the chlorine and chloramine? Was going to rig up a water filter, probably DIY style that you see on HBT and BYO forums. Any input would be appreciated!!! Thanks

    Water

Here's my water report. Will a basic under the sink water filter work? I think my main concern is the chlorine and chloramine. Thinking about just using the setup that you see on the BYO and homebrew forums and such. Thanks for any feedback.

Dark Mild Reaper's Mild, 1st place 2011 HBT Competition

With such a small grain bill / session brew, is there not any reason for concern on having this beer turn out thin or without body so to speak. Any little tips on things to be careful with during this brew session would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

    Vienna Lager Mexican Lager

So when milling the grain do you want the corn in the milling process or do you leave it flaked and then add it to the milled grain? Thanks!

    Bad co2??

It's an old steel bottle, looks like one youd see at a welding shop. I'm over it though, doubt I will ever use it for beer again. I tried to rush into Kegging , buy the cheapest stuff to get there quick. Mistake. Just gonna buy a brand new tank and co2 setup
