    Angry orchard

Hey my wife loved this stuff has anyone come up with a similar clone? We tried reds last night and she didn't like it at all. I know the % will be higher with home made but we feel like the reds didn't have as much sweet apple flavor at angry orchard.

Does anyone on here recommend an app to help keep track with different batches? I have brew log and I guess it works but it is set up for beer.

    2 quick questions

With the bread yeast what's the mouth feel like on a jaom? Also I live in Texas so our house is usually pretty warm in the summer 72 to as high as 76 at times. What yeast would do good in that temp range and not give too think a mouth?

    Supermarket honey

I've seen that it is better to buy raw honey but I'm trying to be cheap for my first batch. Could I use the cheap stuff and flavor with fruit, probably raspberry, and still have a decent end product?
