Awesome! Do you suggest adding any yeast in just in case? Or anything that might help male sure it carbonates correctly?

I have a question for you guys. I brewed a nut brown ale from NB back in august. After the process of moving into an apartment and my homebrew stuff being packed away and deciding to switch to bottling from Kegging, I am just getting around to bottling it now. It is still in the primary...

    First time kegger

There has been a ton of research done around here and it has found that the only need for a secondary is if you're dry hopping or adding fruit. I leave mine in the primary for 3 weeks no problem. Personally i don't think you are giving the beer enough time in the primary.

    True Brew Irish stout question

My mistake, I didn't wait 9 hours to put an airlock in. I put it in right away. But I will definitely look into a cooler.

    True Brew Irish stout question

Ok thanks! i was starting to worry that would be a problem. I hope it comes out good, this is my second try at it. My first try there wasn't enough water in the airlock and mold grew on top in the secondary. Definitely learned my lesson on that one. I'm thinking about going partial mash for my...

    True Brew Irish stout question

Hey guys, this is my first post but have a pretty good understanding of the process, or so i think haha. I'm using a True Brew Irish Stout kit, using a carboy for fermenting in. I brewed this on Thursday, it was finished and sealed by 2pm. I had an airlock in and by 11pm i had no bubbles, i...
