Looks good. May need to double that dryhop to get better results which may still not be enough. I think my friend said by the time he was done he had 4.5 gallons after he dry hopped with 5.25 gallons.

Hey Jim. Thanks for the concern. The problem was on my end. Life and hardship. Camera was taken so I had to stop the videos. Back to brewing and on here again. It's been a long road but back on track.

    Pumpkin ale advise

My beer turned out great. Problem is that I made it way too early. So by the time joe had his ready my flavors faded. We did a video of the winner and his recipe which I highly recommend brewing. It was very good and it was better than mine when it was in its prime. I'll post my recipe when I...

What to add to milk stout secondary?

I've added vanilla, coffee, and bourbon. Some separate some together. All work well.

    Opinion on Stout

Coffee can be potent and overpower. Just be aware of how much you use.

A few questions from a newbie.

Try purging the bottles. Gently lift on the cap to release gas. Don't take the cap of. Just gently lift to release then put in the fridge. Try it a few hours later. If it needs more. Purge the bottles 2-3 times. See if that works. I'm assuming the beer tastes fine?

    A lot of head

This is why you should leave beers alone. Should. Not have too. also why waste beer if you don't have too. http://youtu.be/FlBlnTfZ2iw

    A lot of head

I'll find the article tomorrow morn about hops and faster carbonation.

    A lot of head

Hops give more head. Lol. Simple answer. You're right beers don't absolutely need to be in the fridge 1 week. But to to maximize co2 in the beer and to drop yeast in suspension or hop junk 1 week is a good amount of time to do that.

A few questions from a newbie.

If it's over carbed. We did a review of joes beer that he put what ended up to be too much priming sugar. http://youtu.be/-UFN9cvv13A

A few questions from a newbie.

Over carbed. Or infected. Both will give an off taste. Over carbed will give a metallic bite to it. Infected is an obvious sour. I've done both. You can fix to an extent an over carbed beer. Just purge the bottle by lifting the cap letting the gas out..It won't be perfect but it will be much...
